Fun and interactive workshop with therapist and author Kate Codrington for those wanting a positive spin on menopause

It’s time to rewrite the menopause story…

Society has viewed menopause negatively for years, telling us it’s hell, implying that we are “past it” after menopause

Imagine though if we thought of the menopause transition, rather than as a burden, as an amazing gift

A chance to reclaim who we really are and find our true purpose in life

Who is this retreat for?

“Many of the challenges we experience in perimenopause are caused or worsened by the environment we live in. Though we have tolerated them for decades the shifts in our hormonal picture mean we can now feel badly affected by stress, cultural toxicity and hormone disruptors. It’s time for things to change! Through education, enquiry, discussion and sharing experiences we find simple lifestyle shifts that make big impacts”.

- Kate Codrington

This retreat is about to

PLUS there is plenty of time for discussion, Q&A, and personalised advice.

When she’s not doing these things you’ll find her playing in her compost heaps.

For Kate

So from the workshop, I now treat myself with kindness and respect. My periods are far less painful and for the last 4 months I can’t even map when they are due because the usual tummy and back-ache doesn’t resonate like it did before.
Totally exceeded my expectations! Still using the meditations and hoping to begin to share the seasons with my daughter.
Kate Codrington is a gentle and powerful spaceholder. Whether she is facilitating circles or gently guiding on an individual basis her compassion and strength shine
